JIFFY LUBE HALLOWEEN HASH TAG CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES

No purchase is necessary.

Eligibility: The contest is open only to legal residents of the following six counties in the State of California: Sacramento, Yolo, El Dorado, Placer, San Joaquin and Solano; who are at least 18 years of age. Broadbase, Inc. ("Jiffy Lube") associates and immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings and children) are not eligible, but extended family and friends are welcome to participate. By participating, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and all decisions of Broadbase, Inc. with respect to the contest.

How to Enter: All entries are to be submitted online only by filling out the proper entry form at www.jiffylubeca.com/halloweencontest starting October 18, 2011. Entries will be accepted from October 18, 2011 thru October 19, 2011 at 11:59 pm PST. ONLY one (1) entry allowed per legal name of contestant. (Contestant name must match proper legal ID name)


Prize(s): All properly completed entries will be compiled and the winners will be selected at Broadbase, Inc.’s corporate office on Thursday, October 20, 2011. Each correct hash tag answer is worth one (1) point and if more than one entry has seven (7) correct hash tag answers, a tie-breaker answer will be used to determine the winner(s) of the Halloween Hash Tag Contest.

(1) Grand Prize Winner: $1,000 in prizes and or gift cards from Jiffy Lube, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Sacramento Zoo, Esquire IMAX and other Greater Sacramento merchants.
(1) 2nd Place: $250 in prizes and or gift cards from “same” merchants.
(1) 3rd Place: $100 in prizes and or gift cards from “same” merchants.
(1) 4th Place: $50 in prizes and or gift cards from Jiffy Lube, Chipotle Mexican Grill and Sacramento Zoo.
5th thru 10th Place: $25 in prizes and or gift cards from Jiffy Lube, Chipotle and Sacramento Zoo.

Condition Precedent: To receive the prize, the winner must fully execute and deliver to Jiffy Lube an (1) Affidavit of Eligibility (2) Publicity Release. The winner must also claim the prize in person within four (4) weeks from the date of contest. Any prize(s) not claimed within the four (4) week period, the prize shall be deemed forfeited.

Publication of Winning Entry and Identification of Winner: Jiffy Lube may use, publish and display any winning entry and may publicly identify and display the name, in whole or in part, of the winning entrant as permitted pursuant to the Publicity Release, though no contact or private information will be posted. The winner(s) will not receive any prize or compensation beyond the prizes and or gift cards.

General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security or administration of the contest is impaired in any way for any reason, Jiffy Lube may, in its sole discretion, suspend, modify and/or cancel the contest. Jiffy Lube reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant Jiffy Lube finds to have tampered with the entry process or to have acted in violation of these Official Rules. Jiffy Lube’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision of the Official Rules.

Sponsor Released from Liability: By participating in this drawing, entrants agree to waive and release and hold harmless Jiffy Lube, and its owners, directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in this drawing, including, but not limited to: a) unauthorized human intervention in the drawing; b) technical errors; c) printing or typographical errors; d) errors in the administration of the contest; and e) late or lost entries.
